Glennard Willaims singing has always been a passion for this artist. He started singing at the age of 12 as the lead singer of the local youth choir at his church. Later he formed a group with his brothers known as the William Brothers of Los Angeles. Glenn sang on the professional circuit with local gospel groups as time passed in 1995. He released his first debut album under the DIZZWILL Record Label entitled SLOW DANCE where he did a short tour in Las Vegas opening up for artists such as Marvin Ceases.
He has been influenced by great artists such as Jackie Wilson, Sam Cooke, and even new artists such as Charlie Wilson just to name a few. His sultry Tin ear vocal style has been said to take you back to the singers of yesterdays. Now with the new release of his first gospel album, Glennard Williams will surely thrill your soul. With titles such as “Tears For My Cross” and Hello Lord” so many good flavors will surely become one of your favorites. Glen Williams is rising to his Calling.
